The quality and the nutritional value of your food affects not only your physical and sexual health, but also the State of mind, and this in turn affects the State of your relationship. In order to strengthen a strained or broken relationship, you avoid these three foods:

1. Alcohol

Many people drink alcohol on a date to break the ice and lower inhibitions, but it does not much for your sexual health or the quality of your relationship. If a couple eating in a restaurant, they take energy and thoughts in the chef's, and they are brought together with the chef instead of with each other.
